CompTIA ASC Seal/Logos
Displaying the CompTIA Authorized Service Center
logo shows customers that you employ certified,
knowledgeable technicians. Download the ASC
program seal and use it in your marketing materials,
print advertising, on your Web site and business
cards.
Peer-to-Peer Networking and Partnering Opportunities
Business listings hold key information for
potential business partners ranging from store demographics, range
of service coverage to insurance information and core competencies.
It’s an excellent way to find a business partner. If you want
to expand your area of coverage but do not have the resources to
open a location in a particular geographical area, you can search
for an ASC in that area and create a business proposal to subcontract
opportunities.
Validation of Technical Skills - Set the standard when filling
out bid proposals by ensuring that your technicians
are certified.
CompTIA validates that your company meets the
program requirement of employing certified technicians and will provide
documentation for you to submit with bids
Validation of Superior Customer Satisfaction
Businesses that qualify for ASC GOLD status
must employ a higher percentage of certified technicians and must also
complete CompTIA customer service training specific to their job
functions (Help desk or Field Service).
Enrollment into the CompTIA Services and Support
Group
The
CompTIA Services and Support Executive Group
provides a formal structure and method for IT service executives to
meet, communicate, and establish
standards for the IT services & support industry. Members from
around the world work together on current business
needs while advancing the vision of the technology community through
key initiatives. Once
you are enrolled, you will receive invitations
to Services Section meetings, meeting minutes, and newsletters via
e-mail.
